1. No-Return / No-Refund Nature of Our Products
The Gift Boxx specializes in curated wooden gift boxes containing premium items such as watches, headphones, candles, and accessories. These products are gift-oriented, carefully assembled, and often customized or curated for specific occasions.
Accordingly, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect product selection, box type, variant, or quantity chosen by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Minor variations in:
- Wood grain, colour, knots, texture, or polish
- Packaging materials, ribbons, fillers, or tags
- Product shades due to lighting or screen differences
- Personalized or customized orders, including:
- Engraving, printed names, dates, messages, or logos
- Custom gift notes or special instructions
- Discounted, sale, or promotional items
These scenarios do not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be considered only in the following verified situations:
- Manufacturing defect
- Transit damage
- Wrong product shipped (substantially different from what was ordered)
All such requests are subject to strict verification and approval by The Gift Boxx.
3. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To raise a valid claim, you must:

- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video showing:
- Sealed package
- Shipping label
- Entire unboxing process
- Visible defect/damage/wrong item
- Clear photographs of:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- Product(s)
Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
4. Approval, Processing & Timelines
- Once approved, the claim will be processed within 3 days of approval
- Refunds or replacements (if applicable) may take 5–7 working days to reflect or be dispatched
- Refunds may be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit / coupon, at our discretion
All decisions made by The Gift Boxx regarding eligibility, refund mode, and resolution shall be final and binding.
5. Return Shipping Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, tags, and inserts must be intact
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- Products appear used, altered, or tampered with
- Packaging or accessories are missing
- Damage is due to mishandling by the customer
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. RTO, Failed Delivery & Address Errors
If an order is returned to origin due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Phone unreachable
No refund is guaranteed. Re-shipment, if approved, will require payment of:
- Forward shipping charges
- RTO charges
- Any applicable re-packing fees
7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before processing or personalization begins
- Once packing or customization starts, cancellation is not allowed
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a refund will be issued if payment was captured.
8. Policy Modifications
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website shall always prevail.
